The band’s sound is reminiscent of the old school sounds of reggae with a modern interpretation. Royal Khaoz has had the opportunity of sharing the stage with renown legends of the trade such as The Wailers with Aston “Familyman” Barrett, Michael Rose, Sista Carrol, Yellowman, Luciano and a few more.

They also have graced many well known stages along the East coast such as BB Kings, Rockwood Music Hall, The Chance Theater, The Bearsville Theater, Club Helsinki, Stephen Talkhouse and The Shrine NYC. Ecumo presents “Walk Wid’ Jah”, the fire visual from the soft-more project titled Children of Zion slated for a 2016 thanksgiving release.

In an industry where artists sometimes take the easy route in producing music, Royal Khaoz feels its their duty to stay true to the old fashion way of doing things in an effort to evoke the same results. They hope to produce music that will last lifetimes and in turn immortalise their names. So whether you catch them at their next gig or you rather listen to their CD, always remember they wish you would clear a space of a least 7″ by 7″ get up and dance.
