DESCRIPTION:RASTAFARI RELIEF\, REBUILD & RISE PLAN \n\n\n\nFeb. 1\, 2026 11am to 4pm EST \n\n\n\nDonate via GoFund.me (ongoing)\n\n\n\nThe Rastafari Mansions and Organizations (RMO) in Jamaica has developed a Rastafari Relief\, and Rebuild (RRR) plan and resource mobilization drive in response to the devastating impact of Category 5 Hurricane Melissa that severely damaged or demolished the majority of homes\, businesses and communities in the western parishes of Jamaica on October 28\, 2025. \n\n\n\nIn the first instance\, the Rastafari 3R plan aims to provide emergency assistance to the Rastafari and wider community through 5 designated priority Rastafari response sites\, located in the hardest hit areas while using the support to build forward better to advance longer term critical goals of food and water security and sovereignty with a RasTafari Ital food system supporting seed to table and eventually export of packaged foods for income generation. This economic self-sufficiency will be used for collective security and to accelerate progress towards repatriation through more systematic and functional linkages between Jamaica and the African continent. \n\n\n\nRelief\, Rebuild & Rise Plan \n\n\n\nThe RMO will assist in restoring and upgrading 5 priority Rastafari Centres in the most affected parishes to deliver the following vital services: \n\n\n\n\nTemporary shelter for vulnerable families\n\n\n\nCommunity outreach\, food & supply packages\n\n\n\nHealth\, wellness & elder care clinics\n\n\n\nTrauma therapy\, youth edu-tainment & culture\n\n\n\nItal farming & food production\n\n\n\nRepatriation partnerships & preparation\n\n\n\n\nPriority Rastafari Relief\, Rebuild & Rise Sites
